The first round submission period has closed. Your application will be considered in second round submissions pending remaining financial aid.

Fort Worth Christian has contracted with Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), an independent financial aid assessment company, for the processing of financial aid applications. Families requesting financial aid may apply online. The cost for application is $41. The payment is required to submit the application. The fee is non-refundable and charged as "Independent School Management".

Students must either be re-enrolled or have applied and been accepted in order to be considered for financial aid.

Applicants may submit forms beginning on February 1. The committee will begin the review process on March 1. The online application submission deadline is April 15 and the deadline to submit tax forms is May 1. FWC will continue to accept applications as long as there is still budgeted financial aid to award.

FAST does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. All information from FAST is kept confidential. Results are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee and, based on next year’s budget, financial aid offers are sent to families. The amount of aid awarded is based upon a combination of factors including: the amount qualified for, the amounts of assistance dollars available, the avoidance of academic or behavioral probation and referrals from the relevant principals or administrators.

Financial aid is not intended to cover the total cost of tuition and fees. Financial aid does not cover the cost of uniforms, required books, mandatory class trips, or other miscellaneous charges.
